Jamie has been working in the IT industry and training for over 25 years, focusing primarily on cyber security, network administration, applications, and cloud-based administration. His years of both classroom and practical experience have provided him with the ability to deliver training to a wide variety of skill levels, from the computer novice to IT professionals. Along with training, he has worked with Microsoft networking infrastructure and systems for over 20 years (from Windows NT 4 up to Windows Server 2022), and with Microsoft Azure / Microsoft 365 for the past 5 years.
